Zoe Miller, Vice President

Zoe is the Executive Director of the Moving Maine Network and Co-Facilitor of Transportation for Maine. She has over 25 years of experience building healthy, equitable communities through inclusive engagement and collaborative strategies. Zoe lives in Portland where she walks and uses the bus for transportation whenever possible.

Craig Bramley, Secretary

Craig grew up in suburban Massachusetts, with parents who saw walking and biking for transportation as unusual and even risky. Craig moved to Maine in 1996 to practice law. From 2014 to 2026, he served as the Managing Director of Berman & Simmons, P.A., Maine’s oldest and largest firm focused on representing individuals injured by negligence. This practice informed Craig’s understanding of the devastation that can result from motor vehicle crashes, especially those involving pedestrians and cyclists. Craig’s interest in transportation safety and efficiency was sparked by a move with his family to Munjoy Hill in 2015, where he now enjoys moving about Portland via walking and biking as much as possible. Craig is now retired from the practice of law and enjoying the opportunity to work for more safe, accessible, and affordable transportation for Mainers in his neighborhood and beyond.

Paul Drinan, Director

Paul is the founder and Director of Vision Zero Maine. He is also a founding member of Mainers for Smarter Transportation and Transportation for Maine and he volunteers with numerous nonprofits and civic groups. As an experienced leader in public/private partnerships, he enjoys working to advance active and sustainable transportation initiatives.

Paul is the recipient of a scholarship from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Helath where he participated in the US Safe System Academy along with engineers, planners, and researchers from around the world. You can follow his work on LinkedIn.

When he’s not working or volunteering, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors in the woods and on the water with his best friend @ittiebittypittie.
